Reviews and Ratings
The hotel offers a lovely room with a huge bathroom and a great shower, although the challenge of the 3rd-floor steps with luggage was noticeable. The friendly service staff made our stay memorable and our wedding day perfect, truly going above and beyond. The location is private, spacious, with fantastic poolside amenities, but the proximity to bars and the view through a storage area to Duval street could be a drawback. The dining options varied from poor overlooking the ocean to just right with a selection of cold options. Overall, the facilities were convenient and modern.
My stay at the hotel was delightful overall. The room I stayed in was lovely, with a huge bathroom that had a great shower. However, it was a bit challenging for me to reach the room on the third floor due to repairs being done to the originally booked room. The service provided by the front desk staff, Angelique, Ebony & Lee, was exceptional. They went above and beyond to ensure our stay was memorable, especially on our wedding day at The Southernmost House. The location of the hotel was fantastic, offering private and wonderful loungers by the poolside bar on Duvall Street but in a quiet area away from the bars. The dining experience, with options like croissants, fresh fruits, and mini quiche, was very relaxing, allowing me to dine in or al fresco. The facilities at the hotel were top-notch, providing a comfortable and enjoyable stay.
The hotel offers a mixed experience with beautiful sea views from the top floor rooms but some challenges with accessibility. The service is exceptional, genuinely focused on ensuring guests enjoy their stay. The location is excellent, close to attractions yet peaceful, but the dining options could be more varied.
